Credit CardsThe billing address MUST match the address where you receive your credit card bill. If the address doesn't match, the order is voided for security purposes and we will contact you for the correct address. We can ship it to a different address, no problem! But to reduce the delay of your order, please make sure you include your correct billing address.
ShippingWe ship our papers rolled, wrapped in corrugated cardboard, and then boxed so they arrive safe and sound! We do not fold the paper.
Standard Shipping: We normally ship orders within 48 hours after receiving your order. We ship US Priority Mail or FedEx depending on weight.
The base shipping & handling charge is $8.50. There is a 1lb minimum rate for electronic shipping via priority mail. Because tracking & insurance needs and that we ship so many orders, it is not feasible to ship orders via regular mail. (sample swatches are the exception)
Expedited Shipping: please call 480-557-5700. We ship FedEx for 2nd day and overnight shipping. Rates vary depending on your location but typical 2nd day starts at $17.00 and $35.00 for overnight shipping to the west coast. East coast shipping rates are typically higher due to geographical distance.
International Shipping: Due to the high cost of international shipping, we no longer ship outside the USA. Orders placed with international ship-to addresses will be cancelled.
ReturnsSales are final on paper, book-cloth, kits and cut ribbon so please choose carefully. We suggest you order a trial sheet or an available sample if you are not sure on color.
We do accept returns within 10 days purchase for packaged items that are unopened & unused and in good condition. A 15% restock fee will be charged on returned items or cancelled orders.
